Seating Area: 145 x 162.5 cm (57.1 x 64 in) Height: 78 cm (30.7 in) • Metal Features: All metal components used in production will be painted with a polyester‑based powder coating and baked in an oven. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal surfaces will be stripped of oil, dirt and rust, then treated with a phosphating process that creates a porous layer ready for coating. After fabrication, the metal parts will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. • Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be machined with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑fourth of the total piece width; no rotten, split, or fallen knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated timber may show permissible longitudinal and cross cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with at most one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, decay cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Warping will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). • Seating Units: Two opposite seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 41 cm (16.1 in). The seating frame sections are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit is mounted with six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels secured to the metal frame with special galvanized screws. • Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats milled with diamond‑tipped, impregnated blades to create a decorative motif. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
