Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Roof Size: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood: 1st‑grade pine/fir. Wood Color: White. Roof Covering: Special roofing material made of shingle over lambris or fiberglass. Shingle Color: Green. Seating Unit: Included. Table: Not included. Wood Specifications: The raw material will be 1st‑grade Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be machined with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The lumber used in production must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four sound knots, and the total knot width will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots; no ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑treated cracks may appear within specified tolerances; resin pockets – no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter and only one per meter; no dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances may cause deviations. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Deflection-to-length ratio will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Anchoring: Flanges measuring 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the underside of the carrier legs, followed by 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates with two bolts or anchor holes drilled per plate. Each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and also attached to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet, welded on at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the vertical connections, and two dowelled screws per leg for the floor connections. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked in a furnace.
