Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Roof Size: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood: 1st‑grade pine/fir. Wood Color: White. Roof Covering: Special roofing material made of shingles over clapboard or fiberglass. Shingle Color: Green. Seating Unit: Included. Table: None. Wood Features: The timber used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots – each piece may contain up to four solid knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated expansion cracks within tolerance limits. Resin Pockets – each piece may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted. Bending – deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Flexure – deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Anchoring: Two flange plates (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, and two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates will be drilled with two bolt or anchor holes. Each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be mounted to the legs with screws and to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead around at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed on each leg for the vertical anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating in an oven.
