The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 800 mm (31.5 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a support structure. 2. The bin is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) high, and made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). The bin body includes a window that will be opened by hydraulic press forming. A metal lid, also 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal, is fitted on the top of the bin. 3. The support leg is formed by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H shape and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and leg are joined with galvanized bolts. 5. The bin can be emptied by rotating the leg 360°. 6. After fabrication, the metal parts are cleaned of oil and rust, washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and rested for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. 7. Painting: After phosphating, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C.
