Using acrylic floor coating material, bike paths and indoor/outdoor sport fields can be created with hard and flexible surfaces. Thanks to its economical structure and a variety of colour options, we offer professional, world‑class walking and bike pathways for sports and athletes. The substrate for applying the acrylic floor coating must be concrete or asphalt. It is a system used on multi‑purpose fields and bike paths. The product is resistant to UV light, rain and heat. Asphalt surfaces – ensure the asphalt has been primed at least 14 days in advance. All oil, dirt, loose and flaking layers on the surface are cleaned. Concrete surfaces – where asphalt supply is difficult or impossible, concrete should be used instead. However, the concrete must be placed without cracks. The top layer must be finished with a technique called the “helicopter method” to achieve a very smooth surface. No joints should be left; any joints created during installation must be sealed, because movement and cracking in the concrete can transfer to the acrylic coating and cause it to crack. The floor should be given the appropriate slope during installation. Acrylic Floor Coating Application Our material specifications are as follows: Acrylic Floor Coating – Base Coat: A thick “cushion” – suspension material. It contains millions of rubber particles that provide thickness and cushioning to the surface. Acrylic Floor Coating – Cushion: A relatively thinner “cushion” – suspension material. It fills the gaps between the thicker layers and adds additional cushioning. Acrylic Floor Coating – Color: An acrylic‑based colour material resistant to external elements. The first two layers are applied together with the base coat; the final layer is applied like a clear coat. Its powerful formulation prevents degradation from weather conditions, preserving colour quality for many years. Acrylic Floor Coating – White Line Paint: A white acrylic‑based line paint resistant to external elements.
