Product Features Block rubber flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled tires. The rubber flooring is produced by grinding tire rubber into granules, pigmenting it for color, adding binders in specific ratios, and forming a dough. The resulting rubber dough is pressed at specific temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our manufactured block rubber flooring material comes in 100 × 100 cm panels, with thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 cm (2 in), produced in tile and black colors. Because of its large size, block rubber is used as flooring in overpasses, machine platforms, industrial and factory labs, children's play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, feed farms, terraces, balconies, schoolyards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bike paths, garages, barns, stables, and similar extensive areas. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance. They are resistant to sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. Their slip‑resistant property ensures safety.
