The chain rope has low stretch, is corrosion‑resistant, and highly weather‑proof. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete surfaces. PAINT: ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING Products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various color options. Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Coating Features: Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, oil removal, phosphate washing, and drying, the metal parts should be coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, grime and rust from all metal components and creates a surface profile that improves paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal shot contained in a pressure‑resistant chamber with compressed air. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
