Using computer-controlled CNC machines, we cut precisely from your DXF/DWG files. We handle complex shapes with the same care for series production and one-off jobs alike.

After cutting, we apply professional edge banding to create a solid, safe and aesthetic finish. Choose from colorful and patterned melamine banding or natural wood edge banding.

We drill pilot holes, air channels and cable passages with precision. We maintain consistent quality across different diameters and channel lengths.

Our professional PU paint system provides a durable and beautiful surface. Beyond standard colors, custom color requests are possible — you can request color samples.

For complex projects, we offer light assembly after cutting — screw joints, PVA gluing, metal reinforcement and joining operations. Delivery in assembled condition is also possible.

We cut full-size boards to size on an industrial beam saw. For straight cuts in higher quantities this is faster and more economical than CNC routing, and optimisation keeps waste to a minimum.

We shape solid timber on a CNC lathe: table and chair legs, newel posts and lamp bodies. Spiral, fluted and beaded profiles repeat identically across a production run.

We manufacture to your own design: kitchen and bathroom units, wardrobes, office and retail furniture. Delivered assembled or flat-pack — flat-pack noticeably lowers shipping cost.
