Step 2/4: Request Exact Quote
Send the quote form. We email an exact price including contents, insurance and customs options.
Form fields:
- Sender and recipient details
- Full description of the goods (contents, number of cartons)
- Insurance and customs clearance request (optional)
- Preferred despatch date

Step 3/4: Ship Your Cargo
Once approved, prepare your shipment at our address or we'll pick up large loads. We handle all customs and port paperwork.
Pickup and handover:
- Collection points: Istanbul, Izmir, Iskenderun
- Door collection: available for loads of 5 tonnes and over
- Packing support: optional (extra charge)
- Customs paperwork and insurance are arranged

Step 4/4: Track Live
Immediately after pickup, you get a tracking number. Monitor your shipment in real-time: departure, port crossings, arrival date, and more.
You will see in the tracking panel:
- Real-time position (while in the air or at sea)
- Customs inspection results
- Beklenen teslim tarihi
- Recipient's signature (after delivery)

Quote approval: 4–24 hours (our team reviews it)
Shipment dispatch: 1–3 days (preparation, whatever the mode)
Transit time: 1–21 days (depends on the mode)
Delivery: 24–48 hours (to the recipient address)
Air mode: The fastest route, 2–4 days in total. Sea mode: The most economical, 15–25 days in total.
